Rotary International Convention 2027 a Barcellona: Early Bird dal 17 al 21 settembre 2026
Cinque giorni, dal 17 al 21 settembre 2026, per assicurarsi la quota di iscrizione più conveniente
Dal 26 al 30 giugno 2027, Barcellona ospiterà la Rotary International Convention 2027, uno degli appuntamenti più importanti dell’anno rotariano a livello mondiale. Il 26 giugno sono in programma l’apertura della House of Friendship e il Preconvention; le General Sessions si svolgono dal 27 al 30 giugno.
La Convention si svolgerà presso la Fira Barcelona Gran Via e riunirà Rotariani, Rotaractiani e partecipanti provenienti da ogni parte del mondo: un’occasione per incontrarsi, condividere esperienze e progetti, conoscere nuove realtà e vivere concretamente la dimensione internazionale del Rotary.
Early Bird: iscrizioni dal 17 al 21 settembre 2026
Per soli cinque giorni, dal 17 al 21 settembre 2026, sarà disponibile la speciale tariffa Early Bird, la quota di iscrizione più conveniente prevista per la Convention di Barcellona.
La quota è determinata dall’età del partecipante e non dal ruolo ricoperto nel Rotary.

Perché conviene iscriversi durante l’Early Bird
La differenza è particolarmente significativa per i partecipanti dai 31 anni in su: approfittando della finestra Early Bird è possibile iscriversi a 595 USD, rispetto ai 795 USD previsti dal 22 settembre 2026 al 31 marzo 2027 e agli 895 USD della fascia successiva, valida fino al termine della Convention (30 giugno 2027).
C’è inoltre un elemento che rende particolarmente interessante anticipare l’iscrizione: in caso di rinuncia comunicata per iscritto entro il 30 aprile 2027 è previsto il rimborso della quota, con una trattenuta di soli 50 USD. Dopo tale data non è previsto rimborso, salvo casi di diniego del visto.
Iscriversi durante la finestra Early Bird consente quindi di assicurarsi fin da subito la tariffa più favorevole, mantenendo un’ampia possibilità di ripensamento nei mesi successivi.
Barcellona 2027: un’esperienza da vivere insieme
Una Convention internazionale non è soltanto un grande evento istituzionale. È soprattutto un’occasione per incontrare persone e Club provenienti da Paesi diversi, confrontarsi su progetti ed esperienze, creare nuove relazioni e ritrovare amici conosciuti nel percorso rotariano.
La sede di Barcellona, facilmente raggiungibile dall’Italia, rende l’edizione 2027 un’opportunità particolarmente interessante per favorire una significativa partecipazione dei soci del nostro Distretto.
L’invito è quindi rivolto anche ai Presidenti e ai responsabili dei Club: condividiamo questa opportunità con i soci e programmiamo per tempo la partecipazione alla Convention.

Rotary International Convention 2027 in Barcelona: Early Bird Registration from 17 to 21 September 2026
Five days, from 17 to 21 September 2026, to secure the lowest registration fee
From 26 to 30 June 2027, Barcelona will host the 2027 Rotary International Convention, one of the most important events of the Rotary year worldwide. The House of Friendship opening and Preconvention events are scheduled for 26 June, while the General Sessions will take place from 27 to 30 June.
The Convention will be held at Fira Barcelona Gran Via and will bring together Rotarians, Rotaractors and participants from all over the world: an opportunity to meet, share experiences and projects, discover new perspectives and experience firsthand the international dimension of Rotary.
Early Bird: registration from 17 to 21 September 2026
For just five days, from 17 to 21 September 2026, the special Early Bird rate will be available, offering the lowest registration fee for the Barcelona Convention.
Registration fees are based on the participant’s age, not on their role within Rotary.

Why it pays to register during the Early Bird period
The difference is particularly significant for participants aged 31 and over: by taking advantage of the Early Bird window, they can register for USD 595, compared with USD 795 from 22 September 2026 through 31 March 2027, and USD 895 during the following period, which runs through the end of the Convention on 30 June 2027.
There is another important reason to register early: if a cancellation is submitted in writing by 30 April 2027, the registration fee will be refunded, subject to a USD 50 cancellation fee. After that date, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of visa denial.
Registering during the Early Bird period therefore makes it possible to secure the lowest available rate while retaining considerable flexibility should plans change in the months ahead.
Barcelona 2027: an experience to share
An international Convention is much more than a major institutional event. Above all, it is an opportunity to meet people and Clubs from different countries, exchange ideas about projects and experiences, build new relationships and reconnect with friends made along the Rotary journey.
Barcelona’s convenient accessibility from Italy makes the 2027 Convention a particularly attractive opportunity to encourage strong participation from members of our District.
We therefore encourage Club Presidents and Club leaders to share this opportunity with their members and to start planning their participation in the Convention well in advance.
